The Kip District is an Etobicoke-based master-planned community connecting five sleek towers by soaring views. The challenge was to define the community by its outside-of-the-city edge while creating excitement about how the neighbourhood will grow over the next decade. Along with branding the campaign, 52 Pick-up designed a newspaper-sized brochure, sales centre, print ad campaign and digital website with social media. The website includes a custom POI map of neighbourhood amenities and video content by ZeroFractal. It was an incredible success with 1575 registrants more than a month after launching and over 10,000 pageviews in the first month alone.
