52 Pick-up produces collateral for many of Pinnacle International’s GTA-based projects, including Pinnacle Uptown, Grand Park II and The Marquee Townhomes. We were brought on board to brand The Pinnacle on Adelaide, a unique 43-storey condominium project set in the heart of downtown Toronto’s Entertainment District. We helped bring it to market with a full marketing and communications campaign that included the initial branding work, logo, advertising, signage, sales office, stationery and marketing packages. The chosen colour palette of grey and orange represents the neighbourhood in which the project is situated; the point at which the financial (represented by the grey tones) and entertainment (represented by the bright orange) districts meet.
