A residential community like no other, Wyndance is a spectacular collection of new estate homes nestled among protected greenspace in Uxbridge. 52 Pick-up Inc. was asked to re-invent the eight-year-old project by developing a new classic identity, with a customized “icon” of a “tree,” communicating purity and new life for its residents. In addition to a new logo, signage and advertising collateral, 52 Pick-up designed their brochure, which is housed in a horizontal, white envelope. The booklet is smyth sewn in earthy tones to represent nature. Key features include the brochure’s exploration of the community, the intimate, yet grandiose town of Uxbridge, and the legendary Wyndance Golf Club.
